American Chemical Society Journals- Full text of articles from 34 ACS journals from 1995 to the present; titles include Journal of the American Chemical Society, Analytical Chemistry, Journal of Organic Chemistry, and others

Annual Reviews- Full text of review articles from 1996 to the present from Annual Review of Analytical Chemistry, Annual Review of Biochemistry, Annual Review of Earth and Planetary Sciences, Annual Review of Physical Chemistry, and others

Chemical Abstracts- via STN Academic.  Contains CA Plus which is THE journal article indexing and abstracting service for chemists, and CAS Registry which lists all chemical substances; and many other databases.  Contact Dr. Berch, Dr. Baker, or Julie Adams (Library) for passwords and hours available.

PubMed – Millions of citations from Medline and life science journals for biomedical articles back to the 1950’s.  Published by the National Library of Medicine.

Science Direct – we do not subscribe to this; however, you can search it as an index to 2,500 science journals and 6,000 books, and then order articles via Interlibrary Loan if needed

Wiley Interscience- A collection of 70 full text electronic books in chemistry, bioscience, statistics, and environment.

PubChem- Free database of chemical structures of small organic molecules and information on their biological activities.

National Library of Medicine’s Specialized Information Services- includes toxicology, chemistry (ChemID), and environmental health databases.
