BIOGRAPHY
I am from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I moved to the south over twenty years ago with my husband. Bob, is a heavy equipment salesman and loves to boat and golf. We have 2 children that are spread across the U.S. The youngest, Michael, is a graphic designer for Erwin-Penland in Greenville, South Carolina. Greg, is a residential electrician and lives and works in Denver, Colorado.
I received my Bachelor's degree from The University of North Carolina. My Master's and Ed. S. were granted from Tennessee Tech University. My Ed.D. was granted from Tennessee State University. This is my twenty-second year in education. Public school was my life for the first eighteen years of teaching. I have now moved to higher education and love my job. Tennessee Wesleyan is a great place to learn and work! I feel very blessed to be allowed to teach at this college and work with such esteemed colleagues.
