"MEET TWC" to showcase local businesses
TWC's 12th annual "MEET TWC" will be among the many festivities welcoming students to campus throughout the next couple of weeks.
Tennessee Wesleyan College’s 2012 fall semester has officially begun. Students are back on campus and ready for classes. TWC’s 12th annual “MEET TWC” will be among the many festivities welcoming students to campus throughout the next couple of weeks. Local businesses and organizations are invited to participate in this year’s “MEET TWC” on Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 11 a.m. to 1p.m. at TWC’s James L. Robb Gymnasium, TWC campus.
“MEET TWC” is an ideal environment for community businesses and organizations to showcase products, goods and services that are available to TWC students. This annual event introduces TWC’s new and returning students to volunteer agencies, faith-based organizations and local businesses.
“We host this event every year because it is a great opportunity for students to connect with local community partners and discover how these organizations impact their careers, professions and future,” said Lynette Smith, TWC director of career services.
