Business Advisory Council inaugural meeting held

Tuesday, March 12, Tennessee Wesleyan's Department of Business held its inaugural Business Advisory Council meeting.

Tuesday, March 12, Tennessee Wesleyan's Department of Business held its inaugural Business Advisory Council meeting. Business leaders throughout the local community met with TWC business faculty and discussed the current state of the college's business department.

The mission of TWC's BAC is to serve as a communication link between TWC and the local business community. The BAC will assess program needs, provide vital professional advice, develop internship opportunities, recommend business contacts as potential part-time instructors or guest speakers and assist in developing career and job fairs.
