GreenLab : Upgrading Experiential Chemistry Education through Technology.

GreenLab is an expandable internet accessible resource base, collaboratively developed by ACA chemistry faculty. It consists of modules for experiential chemistry learning and is accessed through an interactive web template. These modules are designed for use by faculty and students in general and organic chemistry courses, though some are sufficiently interdisciplinary to be used in other science curricula.

Inorganic Molecular Modeling

This module enables a student to explore inorganic models using PC model software.  The student  will be able to determine the three-dimensional  molecular structure, the lone pairs of electrons, bond angles and enthalpy.

This resource has been partially funded by a Teaching and Technology Collaborative grant through the
Appalachian College Association .
