Course Description:

Welcome to Principles of Genetics. An understanding of the makeup and flow of genetic information in the cell is crucial to understanding biology as a whole. Although various genetic concepts are provided in most biology classes, this course explores in detail the mechanisms by which genetic information is stored and expressed as cellular function and eventually the external appearance of an organism.

Prerequisite:B 171 (Introductory Cell Biology)
