Eligibility: By request, low HESI scores, faculty referral, NCLEX risk, or warning letters

Process: Student completes an Academic Success Interview with the Director of Nursing Students Services. The Associate Dean for Nursing reviews results of interview and creates an Individualized Growth Plan. The student is responsible for implementing the growth plan, i.e. contacting the resources suggested.
