BA 480 Course Description: An examination of salary and benefit practices used by organizations to attract, reward, motivate and retain employees. Topics include pay models, internal alignment, external competitiveness, designing pay structures, pay-for-performance, team rewards, benefits design and administration, union role in compensation, and international pay.
