B303 - Plant Anatomy and Taxonomy
Course Description:
A study of the morphology and evolution of the major taxa of vascular plants emphasizing how the various taxa of plant life affect humans and the environment; with a study of the systems of classification used to categorize flowering plants. Three hours of lecture and one three-hour laboratory per week. Prerequisites: B171, B172 (Spring 2011 and alternate years thereafter) Syllabus
