Welcome to Tennessee Wesleyan College! I am an Enrollment Services Specialist here at TWC, and I recruit prospective students for the Athens ME Degree Evening Program. The most rewarding aspect of my job is helping others achieve their goal of earning a higher level of education. The degree received at TWC is so much more than just a piece of paper; TWC has a strong reputation and is highly recognized by employers for quality degrees.

I was born and raised in Athens, Tenn. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resource Management and Computer Information Systems from Tennessee Wesleyan in 1995. While attending TWC, I was a member of the Concert Choir, the Business Club and Sigma Kappa Sorority. As a student, I balanced a full course load while working and maintaining a home with my husband and child, so I can certainly relate to the challenges that non-traditional students face on a daily basis.

My husband, Jamie, and I have been married since 1991. We have two children, Amanda, age 20, and Thomas, age 9. Amanda is a TWC student and loves her time on campus. Thomas enjoys bringing our English Bulldog to campus for students to see since we are the Tennessee Wesleyan Bulldogs.

I am active both on and off campus with various organizations. On campus, I am an assistant coach for the TWC cheerleading squad. Among my many off campus responsibilities, currently, I am a member of the Greater Athens Human Resource Association (GAHRA), the Loudon/Monroe Human Resource Association (LMHRA), and the Southeast Tennessee Association of Human Resources (STAHR) in Bradley County.
